If you’ve ever dreamed about having a Winter Wedding, now’s the time to start planning your 2018 day of bliss! According to The Knot, there are a range of ways to incorporate the chilly season into your Wedding theme, to make it unique and one that guests will never forget!
Snowflakes and pinecones have always been a seasonal decoration hit - but why not try for something truly glamorous like hints of silver and white with crystal accents and candles.
And why not take every opportunity to add an element of surprise? A hot chocolate bar with extras like whipped cream and chocolate shavings works wonders for the cooler months and the perfect treat to warm your guests!
It’s also important to remember to dress your bridal party appropriately (and yourselves!). If you’re not into long-sleeved gowns, try adding chic wraps or faux fur shrugs to add a touch of Winter glam and keep shoulders covered. And don’t forget your guests - try blankets/wraps that double as favours, and make sure you arrange appropriate heating to keep everyone comfortable.
A team of creative #TBAsuppliers got together over the Winter to produce an inspiring ‘Winter Wedding’ shoot to show you ideas about incorporating the chilly season into pure magic! And what’s more, The Bride’s Avenue is currently running a competition to win the dress (size AU10) featured in this shoot (shrug not included). Click here to enter.
