Kat + Tim // A Dubbo Wedding

April 2017 // With the world still riding a wedding high after Harry and Meghan’s big day, we couldn’t help but show off another amazing local wedding with it’s own dose of #couplegoals.
Kat and Tim were married at the rustic Toongi Hall, on the outskirts of Dubbo. The couple told us, “we didn’t want to spend a mint to have a fun wedding, so over the year we collected decorations, made signs, and personal touches to make our wedding like us.
Toongi [Hall] had the perfect atmosphere for our country [wedding]. We are both campers so there was plenty of camp spots for us and our guests.”
From Kat’s stunning dress to the native florals and picturesque country setting, their special day really did have it all. To top it all off, they were surrounded by their favourite people, filling the day with plenty of love and laughter. Sounds like perfection!

December // We asked gorgeous newlywed Sally to describe her big day. Here's her run down on the best day of their lives!

"Better then Lego"
Our wedding day was the most magical day of our lives.
The longest aisle you ever did see flagged either side by hay bale seating, rolling hills, a Harley motorbike entranc e, aninsane sunset, a smokehouse food truck, wheelbarrows full of beer, a huge barn reception and dancing under the stars.
Josh and I got engaged in March 2017 and Married in December 2017 - Lets just say I knew exactly what I wanted!Jos h and I decided to get married on his parents property "Whiskey Park" in Orange NSW - The photos speak for themselves, this place is AMAZING and has a very special place in our hearts.
Josh and I had quite a large wedding party with 6 amazing bridesmaids and groomsmen each.

Louise + Paul // A Coolah Wedding

September 2016 // As far as country wedding goes - this one was a stunner (and jam-packed with handmade love)! We asked the bride to share her favourite memories of the day with us:
"Paul and I are very fortunate to live in the city but have an escape to the country in the form of my parents' family farm. Paul, the city boy, would visit my parents on the property even on his own when I was away travelling early in our relationship, and it was here he proposed atop a hill overlooking the property. Exactly a year later we were married in the same spot, with the sun shining and the paddocks lush and beautiful!
That almost wasn't the case though. The weeks leading up to the ceremony threw down buckets of rain and we had to move the marquee, lay old carpet and drop fences to make sure no-one would be stuck in the mud. The morning of the wedding the sun was shining and the sky filled with stunning cloud formations – the paddocks and damns looking their utmost best! We could not believe it!
The ceremony was perfect, our friend George playing acoustic guitar as we stepped out of the scrub, the backdrop of cliffs behind us. Standing on the alter with all our beautiful family and friends around us, and the valley beyond – it really did take our breath away!
With Paul an Architectural graduate and myself a graphic designer, we wanted to do everything ourselves! We designed invitations, signage, dresses, the cake, small ceramic favours, the flowers, and everything in between! And as the day grew closer, the stress levels rose! But we pulled it all off, and from the moment the ceremony was over, and with the help of our incredible photographer, we all relaxed and rolled on down the hill to the garden to enjoy the party!
The best part of all was sneaking away at midnight and laying down to sleep in our 'glamping' bell tent, and hearing the pitter-patter of rain start on the canvas. We could not have planned it more perfectly – how lucky were we!"

Anna + Ryan // A Dubbo Wedding

March 2017 // With a chic marble and dusty pink colour scheme Anna and Ryan’s Dubbo wedding had it all! We are swooning over the intricate details of this sensational wedding - set on the banks of the Macquarie at the stunning Lazy River Estate, the day was peaceful, relaxing and most importantly, a whole lot of fun!
The ladies prepared for the day on site at Lazy River Estate, while the men got ready at Ryan’s parents new house in town - so new that the furniture hadn’t arrived!
Following the formal reception and speeches accompanied by fabulous food the guests showed their best moves on the dance floor.
